Her work connects computational models with experiments and real buildings. Research spans ventilation and indoor air quality, building energy systems, thermal comfort, urban microclimates, and technologies that respond to the needs of occupants.
She brings together engineering and public health collaborators to translate building science into practical approaches for healthier communities. Her academic path includes a doctorate in Building Technology at MIT and mechanical engineering degrees from the University of Belgrade.

Connecting building engineering with public health to understand how shared spaces can support healthier communities.
Bringing occupant feedback, environmental sensing, and intelligent controls together to improve comfort and manage energy demand.
Evaluating how emerging materials change whole-building energy performance across buildings and climates.
Using multiscale airflow and energy modeling to study the relationship between buildings, local climate, and everyday environments.
Developing compact environmental sensing platforms that connect field conditions with useful building-science evidence.
